At Moorcroft Beds Limited, we want you to sleep soundly knowing that if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all mattresses and bedding remain in their original, unopened packaging to be eligible for a full refund due to hygiene regulations.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging; for hygiene reasons, mattresses must be unopened and sealed in their original plastic.
- 3.Schedule Collection
Once approved, we will coordinate with our specialist furniture couriers to collect the item from your home at a scheduled time.
- 4.Quality Inspection & Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
