What is the typical delivery timeframe for a new bed or mattress?
Most of our handcrafted items are delivered within 7 to 14 working days. Once your order is processed, our logistics team will contact you to schedule a specific delivery slot that suits your schedule.
Do your beds come with a manufacturer warranty?
Yes, all Moorcroft Beds products come with a standard 12-month manufacturer warranty covering structural defects. Many of our premium mattresses also feature extended warranties of up to 5 or 10 years.
Can I request a specific fabric or color for my headboard?
Absolutely. We pride ourselves on customization. You can choose from our wide range of premium velvets, linens, and crushed velvet fabrics to match your bedroom decor perfectly.
Do you offer assembly services upon delivery?
We offer an optional 'Room of Choice' delivery and assembly service for an additional fee. Our professional team will set up your new bed frame and dispose of all packaging materials for you.
What is your return policy if I am not satisfied?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, mattresses cannot be returned once the sealed plastic packaging has been opened, unless the product is faulty.

Yes, we partner with leading finance providers to offer flexible payment plans, including 0% APR options, allowing you to spread the cost of your new bed over several months.
